Quad Electronics change over question

I would like to know if I can take the electronics out of the QX90c and installed them in the TBS frame? I would like to use the TBS motors. Can I spice them to make it work? I'm trying to use this TBS Xracer frame,motor and FVP camera set up to get this thing air bourne. I didn't pay $149.99 so it can just sit. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Tony. I took your advice and gave it a try. The QX90c yesterday took a bad spill. Cruzin at wrap speed, I hit a fence post and broke one of the arms. I looked at the Xracer frame, the 90 electronics and put them together to make one. I didn't get to finish it last night but I will finish the quad today. I will post a picture of what I call now Racer X, Lol.
