I think I figures it out. One of the tailboom braces was loose and when I landed the tail dipped and pushed the gear up and in. (only thing I can see) I wished I could find just the nylon gears but so far no luck.

I think ready heli has just the gears, they are Align though.

It's a belt drive TT gears wont work.

I purchased a complete all metal Align head with Main shaft and links. I'm gonna upgrade as soon as I get it. Should be here either sat or sun.

If you paid retail, I think you can get the rest of the heli for not much more lol. But, if you got a deal, you will be amazed how well the Align heads work.

Should get it in the mail today (new head assembly). I paid $114 for it. I think Lee got one for dirt cheap. I mounted the Flymentor last night, gonna give it a shot today to see if it will do what I expected.
