Hehe yeah, I think spektrum did the dx9 with me in mind. At the moment I've got

Rx volt
Battery volt
Amp
Alt
G
Rpm
Engine temp

The altitude sensor and the g-force sensor are pretty useless. Volt sensor is relly nice, so much better than using only timer. Rpm is great.

All sensor data and all normal flight log data is saved to a sd-card. Now the part that will make you stop believing in humanity:You need an iphone to view the data collected. Since that is not an option for me I've been doing some small attempts at parsing the file but it's binary and spektrum is not releasing a specification of the format so it's a lot of guessing and trial&error.

If you want some help let me know. Haven't tried REing a file format in a while, but it can be fun.

I only gave it a couple of hours and it is was fun but felt like it was going to take a lot of work to get something functional so I found and bought Telemetry Viewer by Robo software. http://www.robo-software.com/ It works but is really ugly and slow with many bugs.

If you are interested we could start a thread here and upload some files and share what we find.
