General help!!!

In order from feather shaft to blade grip.
Damper>Radial bearing>Spacer>Radial bearing>Shim>trust bearing>washer> screw.
I'm sure you know this. Don't want to sound condescending, just covering all the bases.

never mind, the feather shaft is sticking out so far that i cant get one of the blades on

i got it now i think, it has a little play, alot better then before

Yes i bought it brand new from Horizon hobby, i didnt look at it close when i bought it, i just now put in alot of washers on the feather shaft, the blade grips aren't loose on the feather shaft.

I'm a bit concerned about using a lot of washers on one side. Would that make the head "out of balance"?

Also remember that you need the exact same thing on each side of the head block. It's almost like you are missing a bearing (radial) in the other side that you have not taken apart.
