As far as I know, there is no factory reset per se on Spectrum radios, or at least one available to the general public.
You can reset each model one at a time per the user manual ( see page 17 ). I've also read that you must leave at least one model on the radio. If so, create a new blank model of your choice ( acro or heli ) , leaving it's settings blank and reset all of the rest.

The only other thing to reset after that would be the user name listed in the system area.

Great info......I've recently experienced some odd issues popping up from time to time....so thought there might be a corrupted file on board, so figured I don't have that many birds, so Hard Reset and start over.....the radio it's self has been NO ISSUE since I've owned it....but it did sit for close to 2 years with no use.....thanks for your reply.....I'm gunna attemp to update, so may be an opportunity there to sorta reset....
