Quad Nicked Blade...ok?

Well, that is your call. It looks like a small one and I don't see any cracks. Plastic can take a beating. I'd run it, but you are the one that has it in your hands. Just stand clear of it when it is spinning.
 
I'm thinking that it will be ok. I'll fly it.

A side note: I changed the blades out with some 5045 props and that thing flies very docile. The speed is greatly reduced.
