Update: I built the motor mount tonight it is sort of like RDSocks example. I used 1/8" plywood for the front. Do you guys think that will be enough to hold it? I did not get my parts yet, I guess they are in quarantine or something. Here are photos of the motor mount.

I think that mount will hold just fine. If you epoxied the piece to the stock nose, then the only other thing I would do is double up the front piece. in the pic, it looks thin. but, if it's not that thin, or as thin as it looks, then you can just install some blind nuts in it and go from there. Looks great. And should give you all the adjustment you need to get your spinner lined up correctly to the nose cone. Keep it up, it's getting there.
