Trucks Tmaxx Wheel Alignment

Ok. So far I have the camber set to -2 deg. on all wheels. I have the front and rear wheels in line with each other. Is it wise to use the toe gauge to set the front AND rear? If so, how many degrees should they be?
 
I've been reading my manual and I think I have my head wrapped around this stuff. I'll report back with my results.
