Personally if it's the same price elsewhere I'd cancel the Helidirect order and buy it from where has it available. it's out of order that they showed it as being in stock when you ordered then didn't even tell you that it wasn't available post order, it shouldn't have taken a phone call to find out.

PS.. just checked their web-site and they still show it as available from stock!.. that's bad.

Yes that's not good. I just check again this morning and still showing in stock but its out of stock. When I looked around last night I found that all major distributors are out of stock. Now SAB Goblin USA has it in stock so I think there was a fluke and retailers are now getting caught back up on inventory.

Delivery on Tuesday and in my hands Wednesday. It takes a day for army postal service. So yes visions of Goblins floating in my head.

Here is why I said Journal and not build:

My setup as of right now (just electrics to include packs but not extra cabling and connectors):

1Scorpion HK III 4025-5501169.99354g
2HobbywingWing Platinum Pro V3 100A (OPTO) w/ fan1129.99110g
3BK DS 7001 Cyclic servos (ea)399.9968g
4BK DS 7006 Tail Servo110568g
5Mikado VBar Neo1$28023g
6Opti Power Ultra Guard 430155.99113g
7Pulse Ultra 3300 mAh 35C 6S (12s system)282.99492g
8Pulse Ulta 2550 mAh 15C 2S (rx pack)115.99113g

Column 1 is just item number; 2) is description; 3) QTY needed to fly; 4) Price in USD; 5) Weight as advertised for just one.

Here are some motors that I found to compare with:

1Scorpion HK III 4025-5501169.99354g
2XNOVA 4025-560 Shaft B1220384g
3Kontronic Pyro 650-621355.90290g
4Quantum 4125 560KV169.99340g

ESC selection:

1Scorpion 50V 90A (OPTO)1199.99150g
2YGE 90 HV (OPTO)1249.9953g
3HobbyWing Platinum Pro V3 100 A (OPTO) w/ Fan1129.99110g
4C.C. Phoenix Edge 120 w/ BEC1229.46149g
5Kontronic Jive Pro 120 HV1599.99140g

Flight Packs:
1Pulse Ultra 3300 mAh 35C 6S (12s configuration)282.99492g
2GensAce 3300 mAh 35C 6S275.01539g
3Revolectrix 3300 mAh40C 6S264.11500g
4Revolectrix 3400 mAh 30C 6S255.56495g
5Opti Power 3500 mAh 35C 6S289.99575g
6Opti Power 3000 mAh 30C 6S294.99456g

Again this is just for ball park comparison. I am looking at how much I would have to spend to make the lightest bird possible. As you can see the best is not really the best at all if your looking at weight. I like slower head speeds at the moment. With that I have to watch the disk loading on the bird. Disk loading is what gives you that snappy or floaty feeling. FLoaty is suited for big air and autos while snappy is more suited for box or smack flying but sucks for autos. Just in electrics alone with my selections am coming in right around 4 pounds or 1900 grams just for the electrics. I can get the weight down to 1775 grams just by changing the motor, esc and flight packs. Now the Goblin 570 is advertised at 2400g with electrics minus packs. So what electrics did they use? I dont know but I will know how much mine weighs once I get a scale.
