Um, well.... We ended up giving up on the garden in about June due to the heat, and flat not having any time. Both of us were working all the time, her in the morning, me in the evening, so we never got out there. Later in the summer, I switched over to mornings, which would have been better, but it was a day late and a dollar short. So, we didn't get much out of the garden this year unfortunately. Next year, we are going to be making the garden substantially smaller just for ease of maintaining.

Recommend? ... Pretty much any of the top name brands. I happen to use TG Hydronaut since it's usually a little cheaper than Kryonaut. Kryonaut is the better of the two although in normal applications, I'm not sure it matters or will make a difference on temps that you'd notice. Whatever thermal units they typically list... Hydronaut is around 11 of them, Kryonaut is around 12. While all thermal greases will dry out, TG's are formulated to not do it as quickly as well as provide good heat conductivity.
Pay particular attention to the price of whatever you are considering, often you can get a lot more and only pay a little extra. Of course, like everything now, there are some people trying to get rich off of one sale... so watch out for scalpers as well.

I think the Kryonaut is for sub 0 applications (liquid nitrogen, phase change....) and hydro is what I assume, water cooling, but don't see why it would be only water. I used to use Artic Silver 5, but not that risky anymore with a conductive thermal paste. Another reason, among many, that I never plan on using liquid metal...
And you are right, hydronaut is quite a bit cheaper. I think this is the one that I will go with. I don't use it often, but it's nice to have when I have the urge to build/rebuild something lol.

The Kryo ... can go sub-zero as you mentioned but it also works fine at temps above zero ( ie 0 C ie 32 F ). Since no one I know ( especially my clients ) go anywhere close to below zero at are always above room ambient temps... it doesn't matter at all.
GN uses Kryo for most of their work but when going with extreme cooling... they usually switch to the specialized ones like what King Pin and deBauer make for that use. Steve will use either but when OC'ing with Joe Stepongzi ( ie Bearded Hardware ) they use King Pin's since it's Joe's go-to thermal grease. These exotic greases tend to not "thermal crack" at really low temps ( ie -176° C and lower ). Since LN can take temps down to -196° C... that can be a real issue if they don't watch it closely.

At least I got mine done today... I was a little worried since I couldn't get to it yesterday and they were originally forecasting a decent chance of rain starting around 1pm for today.... when they moved it to 4pm... I got to it right after having lunch.

Finally started back working on helicopters after having a knee replacement at the start of the month, I have a Trex 500Pro that I had just bought (mainly for the quantity of spares that came with it.) The Tail Servo was U/S that's when I realised that all the servos were plastic gears, so waiting at the moment for new Savox MG servos to arrive, hopefully I'll be up to test flying this coming weekend.
Prior to this purchase I was about to sell off the Trex 500 that I had because of issues getting new spares in Australia, I didn't want to sell as the 500 flies so well and I didn't want to downgrade it by using clone spares. I hope the second one is as good. or it will just become more spares.

Randy, we all did hard work when we were young... Getting older, the work gets harder lol.
And Keith, My step dad had a knee replacement a few years ago. He stated that the instance was the worst time of his life, but after healing, it was the best decision he ever made. Wishing you a speedy recovery. And Congrats on getting back in the RC Saddle. I need to follow suit.
