What Did You Do Today???

This sounds a lot like after Tony noticed that I put my tail blades on my 450 backwards.. :ambivalence:
It was that way for awhile too...
After I reversed the blades and the belt, I forgot to reverse the rudder servo and gyro compensation direction.. Major pucker factor guys!.. No damage though...…..

I got my new replacement RX for my li'll zinger (Blade 130S)… After I reassemble it, I too have a loose motor connection so a tape'n I go... I think I'll go over the 450 too while I'm at it...

Oh hey, we might get a little rain and possibly a bolt or two from above tonight. I hope so; I want to see some action around here.. You know; while I'm working on my salutes.... :eek1:
 
Well actually I was glad I located the error as simply being a stupid on my part because as soon as I realized what I had done it reinstated all my confidence in the machine itself.
 
Oh yeah, I know exactly what you mean... If it's something I did, I want to know about it...

Ok, I finished wrapping my titanium salutes tonight. Why can't I get help from brother Tom; LOL!!!! Oh right; let me do the dangerous work. Wow; what a guy, my brother...…….. Next up they need the cross matching, lift charges and leader fusing... I almost forgot; I think I'll put a red and blue assent comets on these little yet high yield babee's.

Hey a little action is forming south and south west of Oahu. Let's go already, I'm ready already!!! HA!!

I have been banging my head against this wall for hours and I'm in the same place I was when I got up. About the throw the towel in.
 
We finally got some decent bolt action last night.
We got a 4.2 inch per hour rain rate all night. Also someone was hit with lightning loading baggage onto a plane at the airport. Next up, a bolt glanced off a transformer on a pole and indirectly hit a kid riding in the back of a Samoan limo. (back of truck in the middle of the thunderstorm!) I prefer to be on the inside of the Faraday shield... Well that's a cocoanut head for you...
 
A little more clarification. I'm starting a completely new Twitch page just for Rc. Long story, don't ask. But only 16 followers, not much of a loss there. I can more than likely make up more than that in a day....

With the "DrRc" channel name... I thought it was primarily for RC and the other stuff you streamed was so it wasn't idle during the times you didn't have related content.
 
The more I think about it, the more I don't think Rc belongs on twitch. It's a gaming site, and lets face it, I don't game that much, or well when I do game. So it is quite honestly a waste of my time to try and grow that channel.
 
I'm not sure I'd agree ( with the RC doesn't belong part ).... Storm Chasers are another group that also uses Twitch and they are also a seasonal group as is RC... and that is just one other group of many beyond gamers. Having a large group that game, doesn't make Twitch an exclusive for that group.
 
Big weekend for me folks..
Getting a carbon boom for the 550 ,replacing the tail blades that I chipped last weekened. I got my Xt150's in so will be able to solder up my esc ,batteries nd electronics for the 700x and get it closer flight ready.
Maybe go flying on Monday as it's a holiday here in the great white north.
