Wow that looks like a big field. Your population density looks heavier than where i live. I would feel cramped in that neighborhood.

Field isn't really that big, just in a subdivision is all. Most of those houses you can see are 1500-2000 square feet. It's no more densely packed than killeen.

This is the entire square mile, the big open spot in the northwest corner is a sod farm. I have thought of contacting the owner to see if they mind me flying over their grass. It's just a bedroom community for Tinker AFB.

The problem with it is that it has a Long Distance transmission line cutting across it.

Well no flying for me today. It is blowing a gale so i think i might set about installing the reversing camera on my Hi Lux. Should make it a lot easier to hook up the trailer. Well that is if i can work out how to wire it in lol.

I hook up to my trailer the old fashioned way. Back up until it hits your bumper (have to thank the wife for that dent in my brand new truck lol) then pull forward 4" lol. Speaking of the trailer, I do need to get it out and wash it down. It's a little dirty.

Yes thats the way i did it lol. Now camera is all hooked up it should save some scrapes.

Only two batteries. But I got the Hacker 3D and the Bumblebee Quad both up for their maiden with my DX6. About 37°F at 1:45 pm, calm 3-7 mph winds
Actually the coldest I've flown in.
Could have flown more but the belly was calling for A beer and burger.
Felt good to be in the real air.
And have to hone my Quad skills for the Wasp 280.
Sorry, Vet here, and no pix or videos. But I flew on January 16, In the Chicagoland area, with a ROG take off and landing with the Hacker.

Got the lappy cleaned out and boy did it need it. Now my frame rates went to poop. Had to drop the quality settings to medium in realflight. Still looks good. Now to test screen capture.
