Yep...the weekend is coming to an end. Not ready for work tomorrow. I'd really like to have another day off or maybe the whole month, lol. Ugh!

I could almost have a month off if I wanted it lmao. I have a little over 3 weeks of leave that I can use. I might just have to use it here soon.

I think I will take my 450 to work with me and see if I can set this head up a bit more. I need a lot more pitch, just hope I don't kill the motor... Sure do wish I could fly it out there.

Well this sucks. All of my heli's are down and can't fly, and I didn't crash any of them. Damn clones... Wait, the 600 is not a clone... Damn previous owners...

The one way bearing sleeve had a crack in it causing it to lock up. The one friggin part that I don't have for these things lmao. Now, I"m trying to piece together an order with amainhobbies, but there is nothing I need. I have multiples of just about everything lmao. ugh.

If I were a bucket load closer i'd offer to go halves in an order with you. I still have a few bits and pieces I need/want for my helicopter.
On the plus side, I've started the move to my new study, which will give me more natural light and mre space to work

Well, I made yet another order with amainhobbies for both of the 450's. And according to the shipping info, I will receive the SECOND order before I get the hobbyking order. Either one of them lmao. Wow. Ah well, it will all pay off in the end, I hope. Just have to wait a little longer.

My day is almost over. Thankfully. Tried to make an order for some Condenser Microphones, but the shipping was double the price of the order. Yup, not going ot happen lmao.

Anyone else wonder if that plane crashed in California because it was Made In China? :lmao:

Day 3 of work since returning from vacation.

How did stuff get this jacked in 19 days? I was hoping for a smooth return, what was I thinking.

Another solder had administrative actions for being late, another is about to have a serious case of administrative actions possibly kicked out of the army. I found out I am not the platoon sergeant.

Let's see what today holds.

The engine in the wifes car blew up today. Yup, I was woke up early on the one day that I thought I was going to be able to sleep until my alarm. Nope, had to tow her back to the house. On the way, the tow strap broke. Now, she gets to drive an Avalanche that gets 16 mph to and from work every day which is 43 miles. That is 430 miles a week. That is 27 gallons of gas a week. That is $100 a week just in gas. Guess what hobby is going to suffer... C'est la vie

Propane would be more expensive in a 5000lb truck. Plus, I would get no where near the power. And finally, it would run about $2500 for the conversion kit. 3 strikes... lmao

Plenty of them over here have done the conversion... it's about a 9% power loss to run lpg.
Yes I know you have to use seal savers to prevent the lpg from eating out the seals.
Just about every old F250-F350 is on gas over here, and all the new ones are running on diesel
