The bloke that had the planes on the back shelf at the gas place that I went to the other day rang and said they were doing a bit of flying and to come around and meet a few of the boys. So off I tootled and MAN do they have some planes and helis. The garage at this blokes house is a big 2 car garage and the whole shed is just crammed with planes hanging from the roof. There is 53 planes and about a dozen helis. Some of the planes have a 3 meter wing span with motors the size of lawn mower engines. They are a great mob and made me feel very welcome and talked me into buying a plane to learn to fly with. So I pressed the button on a bixler style foamy. Nice slow flier and fairly crash resistant.
One guy named Bill had his Align 600 nitro out and was doing 3 D stuff just throwing this heli around all over the place. He said he would help me learn to fly using a buddy cable. Really looking forward to it.
Another bloke from this group is over in the US at the moment competing at some heli comp. they did say which one but can't remember where. Enough rambling Cheers

Wow karubah looks like you had a pretty good day and hooked up with a great bunch of guys.. Hopefully if all goes good for me the Redtail p-51 will be getting her maiden flight with video this next weekend Chicago model masters is having their annual big bird fly in and i was invited to fly it there i believe this next Sunday.. Right now working hard on getting it together only thing that might hold me up is the muffler and the fact that i don't have one yet...

This its what my five year old just showed me he did to his car on dub edition LA remix it is a Nissan 240
He put a Chrysler emblem on the back window because i have a Chrysler van and he said he likes our van .. Lol gotta love that boy and he knows fords are for the bad.... Lol he learns so well.

And here is yet another day. Just uploaded V3.1 of the RCH Trainer. It's in the store under 3.0. I'm really liking these plans. Cutting them out is a little harder since you are having to do more 45º cuts, but it's SO much easier to put together. And the battery mount makes the fuse SOLID! This is a much stronger plane, and should have more nose weight to help in flight.

Sorry about the mishap.
When I was in the corps I was shooting high sharpshooter with 10 rounds being from the 500 meter line.
Yesterday I shot 24 out of 30. Misses expert by 2 rounds. I might shoot again today or tomorrow.
