Still waiting on new ESC's. Ordered Sat, they shipped Monday according to the email, but I don't think they moved until Tuesday. Only have to go across the state and I am still waiting, Maybe Saturday

New ESC's all installed and calibrated, bird all re-assembled, near ready to fly.
Finalizing the camera gimbel this weekend.
New go pro in hand, the other one didn't survive a little water, powered up at first, now it won't.
Getting close, gonna have to stay away from the water until I get this down.

Wow, a year has gone by. How did that happen?
So, made a little progress this w/e. Got the QAV in the air, GoPro functioning, didn't crash.
Short, but a success for me at least. Need to get used to this thing somewhere without so much obstruction.

Great stable video, the new GoPro works well, sounds like you may have an issue with a motor or ESC though.
