Hey regme! I'm curious....how did you take the original plans and make them larger? The size of your plane really has me interested.

Hi Derek

When I printed the plans I had the paper setting on A3 rather than A4.

After joining all the pages together the size of the plane is roughly 800mm long with a wing span of 1050mm.

This is roughly an increase in size of about 300mm from the A4 version.

The motor I've put on is a Power HD Brushless Motor HD3542~07 (730KV) it has 2kg of thrust so we'll see what happens

Is that a setting in the printer that gets changed? I'll look into it.

Not on the printer, but in printer setup, there is a properties buton or a under that Paper Size, then scale it to fit.

Well I finally maiden the plane today.

Not so good, I think the motor ower HD Brushless Motor HD3542~07 (730KV) and 12x6 prop is too small.

Also the motor mount needs to be modified, it came loose when it hit the ground, I want to put some bracing in, but not sure on what is the best way to do it.

So any thoughts would be great.
