There are two ways you can do this.
Most beginner builders have had an issue of the wing folding up right in the center. I have never had this issue and have flown quite hard, but it still happens.
What you can so is create what is called Polyhedral. The center of the wing is flat, allowing you to put a spar where the most force is applied. But the wing tips are angled up about 20º or so. This is quite stable and a great idea, but you will need to measure and cut each wing half to do it. But the advantage is, where it connects to the fuse, will be stronger with the spar running across the middle.
The other way is to do it as I showed in the video (again, I'm trying to get the time to do a V3 video with better techniques) and just use a can or something to add about a 3" rise to one of the wings, adding the correct amount of dihedral. But, you do run the risk of folding the wing. Although if you are using as much glue as I think you are, I doubt you will have an issue.
Now, it's up to you on what one you want to do. If you google "polyhedral", you will see what I mean by that wing type. Very stable, and still strong.
