General R81 Receiver

Hi, RC-pilots! Help is needed. I have a Radiomaster R81 receiver +Taranis X9D Plus. Receiver does not enter bind mode. I press the bind button and power up the receiver. The diode immediately starts flashing sequences: 3 times 1 flash, 3 times 2 flashes and 3 times 3 flashes. Then everything repeats. I can release the button at any time - nothing changes. The diode blinks. I think the binding procedure should be different.

You need to start your own thread for your issue... This thread is MurryB's help thread. Some of the info already given in this thread may also apply to you ( concerning the binding issue ) so certainly read through it first and try any suggestions but technical issues often have several possible causes. In addition, what I like to say instead... is group therapy doesn't work well in technical situations... lol

Hi, people. I'm kinda going crazy over this one... So, I have a Radiomaster T8 Lite and had bought an R81 before. It bound perfectly and works wonders with my radio. But I recently bought an R81 V2, and this thing is making me rip my hair out. It bound once with the radio but was constantly passing/cutting out. I tried rebinding it to my radio to see if it would solve the problem, but now it won't bind no matter what I do. So yeah, if any of you could give me some info on how to solve this, I'd be more than grateful.
