Just spent the last 5 hours or so, editing video. And the video is USELESS!!!
Lets start from the beginning. I had an offer come through for the latest version of Pinnacle Studio, which is what I use to do my videos. So I decided to take the offer in hopes that I can get some better quality videos. So after the purchase, I started the downloads. It's about 5GB worth of files which should only take my slow ass internet about 4 hours to download. What was the total time of all downloads? I will let you know when the last one finishes up... Actually, no I won't, where is that cancel button...
It's been well over 15 hours since I started the downloads, and their servers are so damn slow, that it's not done yet. However, I was able to download the main program. Installed it adn started editing. Now I know there is a learning curve. And that is fine. Just like anything else, you will get better and faster the more you use it.
So I spent about 5 hours setting this up (which only took about 20 minutes) and editing the files. Once the files were edited, I did my usual and watched the file before uploading it. Half the damn video has NO audio! And what does have audio is so crackley, it's useless.
So I have put in for a refund and I will stick with what I have. I really wish I could get a great deal on something that is worth paying for... This is the 3rd and final time trying pinnacle. I won't make this mistake again.
