Well i would just like to say thanks to everyone on the forum. Since i joined i have finally got my passion back for this hobby after not really flying much over the last couple of years. As most of you know i have recently bought a Synergy N5 flybarless and a T Rex 700 Nitro Pro with a dfc head to add to the collection. I really cant wait for some better weather over here so i can go and get some stick time in (standby Fast Lad Performance for spares lol). New lipo flight packs just ordered and am toying with the idea of ripping the 3gx out of the 600 and stamping on it (HARD!).
Anyway thanks again as it is great to hear all your stories and other peoples passion for this too. Also without your helpful videos on the 3gx Tony i fear i would now be stuck in a mental institution lol.

So what happens when you get off work stupid early, don't want to go home and need to kill some time? You end up at Best Buy... What's wrong with that? I have been needing a small laptop/tablet to take with me on the truck so that I can get on here and work on the site while at work. My i7 lappy is just too damn big and heavy (not real heavy, but heavy enough to not want to carry it around everywhere). So I spent about an hour in there and ended up leaving with an Asus lappy.
It's the best of both worlds. It's a laptop, 13" with a touch screen, but the keyboard can be folded back and it can be used as a tablet. It's running windows 8.1, which you all know I HATE!!! But I'm determined to get used to this thing.
So I should be able to get some more work done now, and better answer questions when I have this computer with me.
So yeah, getting off work about 4 hours early, looking to kill time, ends up costing me more money lmao. Should have took the helicopters...

I think the Hobby King Life TX pack i have is almost done. I dropped 30% mah while balaceing the pack on my EOS Sentry. Time to spend another $8 plus shipping. I bought this back some time in December 2011 or January 2012.
Not sure what going on with this pack. I think the IR is high on them and giving false voltage reading. Either way its about time for a new life pack for the tx. I wish I could find better quality life packs that will work in my tx. I think I will start looking around.
I think I just found something. Its about $15 bucks and is 300 mah bigger. This could be an issue. My 1500 mah fits with some room room time to get measurements.
