You are right about that. I really want to update teh computer with the newest unlocked i7, but I would have to update the mobo, memory and even my GPU as well which is going to run about a grand minimum. With what I"m wanting to do to the site, that is just not an option right now. So, I will keep trying to make it work.

Just started yet another render, adn it's rendering more than twice as fast. Which when I"m having to render about 10 times for each video to cut in audio that is missing, that adds up to a lot of time saved. Ugh, why can stuff not just work...

I think I just scored a smokin' deal on two planes, an FM Tx, pit box, tools, starter, engines (in the planes) and more. Going first thing in the morning to look at them.

The only pics right now are on craigslist. The F4U is pretty rough, but the Decathlon is okay with only minor rash on the tail. I think I'm going to try and rebuild the F4U, but not sure if it's repairable. It had a hard landing, broke a wing and a retract and lost the belly pan.

Leaving in 20 minutes to make the 100 mile drive to go look at them.

Went there and almost left it. He would not move off the price much, but I just couldn't pass it up, even with teh damage. I will upload a blog sometime with video of what I got. Get ready, it's another long one lmao.

One I can get flying for what I already have here. The other one, that is going ot be the issue. Thinking it needs a re-kit.

It depends on how you look at it. I shot a video, but in editing, the farther you go in the video, the more the audio is off.

Well, that was stupid lmao. Just started the "other" plane in the garage (it's like 19 outside...) just ot see if it would start. And after trying many different ways of starting this damn thing, I finally got it. She has a TON of compression and is running great. I am pretty sure this plane only has one flight on it and one flight on the engine. But holy crap, had to turn on the exhaust fan lmao.

Did tony just rekit the f4u?


Van will be getting fixed tomorrow and should have it back by the weeks end. I hope its not to expensive. I am guessing between 800 and 1200 USD.
