Good news there bud!! 
lets hope it behaves now...
One thing I recommend checking cause that happened with my vibe as we have identical tail boom block and bearings and all.. The upper bearing block that holds the torque tube vertical gear, is that by any change upside down, cause if it is there will be a several mm play in the gear causing strip mid flight as it looses contact. I had that happen on mine after I rebuilt it... I just didn't do it right so had to rebuild again. It might not be it for you, but worth a check

I recently learnt to do inverted backwards circuits (banked turns) on the sim. I spent some hours practicing this over the last week. Last night i was at some indoor flying in the city - pulled off the same move with my Nano. So today I decided I'll try it with my 450.
Now, usually I'm much more nervous about trying news stuff. I usually practice hours and hours before trying it IRL. Well, I pulled off two CCW circuits - but then I was gonna do the CW one... Crap.
Well I got it on tape. Enjoy.

Ouch!! Next time, try them while moving slower. More time to recover if you make a mistake. Also try stationary piros and keep it hovering in one place. This gives you the ability to recover from any orientation. Get her back up there

Personally I found the not having the wrecked heli in frame as being more offensive.
I'm not sure yet. The new Goblin has my undivided attention for the next days I think. But I'll be sure to fix the 450 sooner or later

The Goblin is starting to behave. I'm still getting a feel for it, but here's another test flight.

I also did some packs with the 450. I'm having a bit of elevator wag on this one, but I'm still able to fly it. Oh yeah, I also updated to the latest 3GX (didn't feel any particular change in behavior).
