The New RC-Help helicopter

Here is the thing with the chaos. The kit alone is $500. Yes, it's new, but it's $500. We still have to purchase a $300 engine, fuel lines, and so on. So we are still looking at a grand to complete the heli. However it would be new and I would rock it.

As stated many times, if members want new over used, it will take more money and more time, but I'm willing to build/restore anything. A used Align is $500-$700 with everything. That is the only reason I was thinking going with a used align over a new clone.

Like I already said, I don't think the members here will put up a grand. I might be wrong but! I'm just saying. Payday was yesterday. I did not see a big jump in how much cash we have. I too would like to see a new bird. It will be next year before we're close! Lol. There will be another deal pop up!

I need everyone to keep their eyes out for this deal. It's not ebay or craigslist that has the deals, it's the people that have given up on the hobby that are offering the really good deals. They are hard to find, but they are out there. If you find someone that has been put into this position, tell them that Rc-Help would like to buy their helicopter and ask them to spit out a price and email us some pictures. Or just post in this thread. Worst case, they will regain their passion for the hobby being on here and we will have another great member that we can help out. Worst case (if you want to call it that) is we get a helicopter at a really good price. But either way, I need everyone to keep their eyes out for a deal!

I have never heard of him and not sure why I would. I live in Oklahoma and have not been to Indiana in over 20 years.

Interesting. Nah, the last time I was up there was in 1992 and I was only looking into cars. Until 2009 I never wanted an aircraft because you can crash a car and just flip it back over. You crash a plane or a heli, and it's over lmao.

Yeah, that is when I got into racing. Once I figured it out, it was just me and 2 other guys always running up front and I got bored. So it was time for a new hobby.

I have looked at that kit. It's just the kit, no electronics at all. IMO it's a little too much money for just the bare chassis.

Hi Super Bad; I looked at the Trex nitro 600 & it looked great! I have flown it on Phoenix many times ! It seems real stable & I think nitro's are slightly slower than Electric which make it easier to handle with a big Helicopter! Thanks for the message They are Super bad!!!! All up to everyone on the site I guess! I'm 2000 miles away at least from RC Help .Com THE BEST BOKIE 1:29 AM ILLINOIS TIME ! Sorta have to see what happens!

2000 miles? You are only 764 miles from me.

As for being slower, the nitros are not any slower. They are more complicated than electrics, but not slower.

HI Tony ; The kits some times look good like on Horizon Hobby for example & when they tell you whats included there is a list below which you have to spend more money to get all the parts! I think one could buy one already bulit & maybe just tear it down& re builit on videos to show the guys a tear down & explain it & then a re build to show how it step by step everything works as it goes back together! But I'm new to all this ! You also have to get extra parts case one would have a crash ! Hopefully not though! This is just a comment!

You are right on the Nitro's maybe on the simulators it seems they handle pretty good the bigger Helicopters!
