Looked at another 3 houses today. So far so good. Second round of house looking second offer. This particular house is a nice 2 bedroom with a mostly finished basement . One of the things I like is that it has cameras already installed. They will need updated. I'll post up of i close on it. I still have the VA appraisal and a home inspection to do and the seller still has to accept my offer.

I just sent off the accepted counter offer this evening. This weekend maybe busy with the realtor and the lender. Its crazy that I just bought a house.

We didn't go fishing today. They ended up going to New York (up) state area. They went to visit a relative.

As for the house I should be engaged in a contract at this point. The seller is a very bitter person. He got stiffed on three offers over the last 2 months. Bar any unsee issues this salenis happening. We scheduled to be closed by July 7.
