Made it to Terre Haute, Indiana tonight. I was going to go a little farther, but needed to get some stuff done on the computer. So I stopped here for hte night. I was going to stay at this cheap motel, until I saw it and had flashbacks to the motel in breaking bad. Um, NO! lmao. a little over a bill a night. Thankfully, the company is paying for it! I will be staying in another one tomorrow night, and hopefully after that, I will have my truck and I will be able to sleep in it rather than a hotel. Here's hoping!

east West, thats where the money is! According to my X neighbor who ran that route for years........be careful of road bandits also! They tried to jack him one night on the road....

Well, made it to Carlisle Pa. Sitting in a hotel (it's a motel, but they are calling it a hotel...) and not enjoying the smell. It's not moldy or anything, it's just their cleaner they use. Don't like it. Getting ready to see what the bar is like... That was a horrible drive through the mountains over here.

3 nights, 3 different hotels. This one is the nicest by far. In Limerick Pa at the Holiday Inn Express. Very nice actually. I actually hope I stay here tomorrow night too lmao. This may be bad though. I liked the other hotels because my truck was nicer than them. This one smells good, looks clean as a whistle, and is quite large for what it is. No "living area", but twin queen beds (tried to get a single king, they were not having it and I didn't argue, I'm not paying for it lmao) and a VERY clean bathroom. Finally, I can take a shower without worry of what kind of infection I'm going to get on my feet lmao.
I'm trying to get there guys. Might make a video for you all tonight. Not sure yet.

haha, it's mostly 55 over here in PA, but yea, I saw those speed limits while I was on 70 through Ohio. Sure wish I had time to stop and chat. I'm picking up the truck tomorrow and going to try to find a load from here to Buffalo Ny. Then, I have a load waiting on me from Buffalo to Tulsa. It's a good 1200 mile trip, so I can make that in two days. Then, I'm going to try to find a load from Tulsa down to OKC (which probably will not pay worth a crap, but it will pay for my fuel) and go home and stock up the truck. Man, I hope this nightmare is coming to an end, because this stuff is really getting old. I'm ready to just work, make some money and have fun for once.

You must be in the Wichita area. Been there many times.
I think I will be going through there as soon as I get everything fixed on this truck. So far, new batteries and a new EGR pressure sensor. And now I'm sitting at Volvo waiting on them to fix a water leak, fix a minor exhaust leak and replace my headlights. They only shine about 15' in front of the truck. Night driving sucks with this thing. Hope that is over now.
